Question 2 10s vs 1 10

I am a car audio noob so dont berate me too much. I was thinking about 2 10 rockfords prime x 150 rms or a single jbl 10 gt5 at 275 rms. Which would be better for a impreza sedan. I am looking at an audiopipe amp that should be good for either of these setups. I am really looking for sound quality, but being a bit louder wouldnt be bad either.
