Quality Audio Setup

I have here two 150watts pioneer 3in1 speaker, an 8" 300watts targa speaker and a two 4" 12watts midrange speaker at front. pioneer and targa are enclosed in a wooden box at the back. pioneers are at the top and the targa is in the bottom that will serve as sub.

Can anybody give me an idea how these speakers perform their best. I dont know what amp and crossover to buy. Im a newbie in car audio.

We need some specifics to work with here: What kind of car? Could you show us what products you're talking about?

With what you've got, there isn't going to be such great sound quality.

I had to Google that to see what the heck it was.

i bought my speakers individualy and not packaged with my car. So im thinking whats the best setup for this. I know you guys can help me.
