quality amplifiers for both sub + components?

I've changed my mind around again, and now i'd like to go for a 12" SI mag along with some rainbow slc's.

what quality amplifier company makes an amplifier for both of these? I want 1000w to the sub and at least 150w to the components.

The mag with be in a 1.3 cubic foot sealed enclosure if that information is necessary.

keep in mind the rms for the mags are 900 I think

after doing a little bit of browsing, zapco seems to be a little on the expensive side.

Is the US Amps xterminator line alright? I know it's their cheapest, but is the quality still alright?

Quality is still good on the Xterminator line. Also check out the Merlin series. PM Flakko for prices. Great guy. I got my Merlin MD2 from him as many members on here have.
