It's cold as **** where I live so I can't play my subwoofer in the morning after my car has been out in the freezing weather all night, so I turn my bass all the way down so i can still listen to music as it warms up
Well, my current amp already does 400 @ 4, so it wouldn't be that big of an upgrade
that audiopipe amp saves you at least 75 on your budget and they are SOLID can run your sub at any ohms you want...and will do plenty of power to the sub at any of the loads....
also he said he had a bass knob...
not pushing it just its good for what you want IMO
2 12"s on 1000 watts /threadAfter this thread I'm also considering buying another Skar VVX-12 and getting a new box, then running the two at 2 ohms. I have no idea what would be louder, though, 2 Skar VVX-12s off 800 watts (400 each) or 1 Skar VVX-12 off 1000watts
I would imagine the two Skars, but I'm normally wrong when it comes to car audio, so I don't know.
