Actually if you read my posts from before, I did ride a 450R just last month. It's a beast but nothing I expected. I felt more power from my old YFZ and 400Ex.

I haven't rode it since he did all the upgrades, which I know it's now faster than mine because we had a few races. I'm sure if I upgraded mine I could keep up with him maybe even out run him, but I'm not interested in tricking mine out.

I think you'd be happier with the YFZ.

If you've ever rode a Raptor, it's pretty much similar to a Predator, cept I think Raptor's have more power.

Like pitbull said, yamaha's make better quads than Polaris.

400ex's front ends are lighter than the 450r front end. Go to your local Honda dealer and look for yourself. People complain about the 450r's being too heavy which decreases speed. Don't believe me? Ask around.

You can think the 450R's are faster, doesn't matter to me. I've rode both, I've raced both.

I didn't compare the Raptor's to the YFZ.

The Predator's are similar to the Raptor's.

450r is faster and lighter than a 400ex /topic

But....i think you should go with either the yfz or the lt450r.......the raptors are nice but i don't like how they handle. The Poo-laris sucks don't even consider it, there nice at first but they will be in shop more than you ride it.

Overall, the 450r is lighter, and by quite a bit.
