Overall, the 450r is lighter, and by quite a bit.

I'm done tryin to convince the guy that he's wrong.

Haha you guys are hilarious. Still talking about this. Having weight on the front causes less speed. Why do they take things off for then? Oh yeah, to get the front end lighter.

I can pick up the front end on the 400 easily, I tried on the 450 and it was heavy. I know this from experience and I bet half of you never tried, you just gather up info from the internet.

So yeah, the 450R's are waaaaay faster than the 400ex's.

That makes absolutely no sense.

The 450r is lighter. end of story.

How does having more weight just on the front cause it to be slower? The 450r is 10% lighter than the 400ex. Just having more weight on the front cannot possibly cause one ATV to be slower, especially when that ATV weighs 30 pounds less overall.

And by the way, if racers want to shave off lots of weight they go for lighter weight SWINGARMS which are, you guessed it, IN THE BACK.

The guy is a dumbazz it's no use trying to prove him wrong...even if i did feel like looking up some graphs and reports showing that he is wrong...somehow he would say that they are wrong. He is what i like to call a "dee-dee-dee"

That's your opinion that the 450R's are faster. I've raced my YFZ and 400ex (both stock) against a 450R (stock) numerous times, and won every time. Now, since he did all the upgrades he beat me 3 times recently. Most 450R owners say the same thing.

I know this from experience, my opinion still stands.

Ever consider that the person driving the other atv's can't drive it as well as you?

And it's YOUR opinion that that 400ex is faster. But yet any and all reasons as to why we say the 450r is faster you shoot down instantly.
