ya title is signed, and was shipped with the bike. they needed it for customs. ok well im basically gonna tell this guy to fvck off. There are too many maybe's involved. I just was freaking out ya know....

Just tell the dude straight up he has no legal standing, there was no contract signed, it was used and sold in as is condition, and if he or anyone comes near you you will be pressing charges. Simple as that.

obviously the guy you dropped it off to inspected like you said and accepted it and gave you cash...i'm sure the guy wouldn't have paid you if it was trashed....plus the most it should take to ship I would give two months MAX...i've shipped cars to/from germany (given it's not as far as australia) but took 3 weeks-month.
