Older style Mags on the BTL or Newer style

From what I am getting from Scott at Fi Car Audio is that there is not much difference in the two styles. As a matter of fact from Scott's own mouth, he said that you could even mix the two. To make sure I was understanding him fully I asked him if they should be in separate boxes, and he said no they can go in the same box. So what is the difference other than the fact that the newer ones are lighter than the older ones and the supply is more affordable?

I personally like the look of the older style magnets that's why I have 4 of the older style mags. But tell me what ya'll think.

i ike turkey bacon instead of regular on my blts but theres no difference besides the look. its all about what your taste is like.

That's what I figured. The triple stacked BTL's look much more intimidating. But they are normally in a box so I guess that doesn't matter. lol

I called off for the week when I realized what was happening, and that didnt take long at all. The good thing about being a salary employee..
