qts question???

I have been told a couple things about my qts setting on my aa atlas its in a 2.95cf^3 box ported at 32hz what should my qts be set at right now. I have it at the low setting which is .33 is this the right way to go? or should I go mid or high qts??? and why?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
