i need someone to clarify a lil bit on just what a hair trick is and maybe a little explanation of what it looks like so i can watch for it . and do you think 2 orion h2 12s powered by a 2500d will do the job?

If you already have a competition-class SPL setup, it's hardly a "waste" of your subs and amp, just something silly to do at a show when everyone's bored and sitting around //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

That being said, you're unlikely to do it with two 12's...vehicle dependent, but not highly likely.

my friend has a solo x 12...it does hair tricks like no -ones business.

my 15'' TC 3hp can do it a little...not anything spectacular though.

low notes really get the air moving along the windows and door panels.

you can do it with less than 155 if you get on ROE both steve and pete are hitting right around 155 and they are doing some of the best hair tricks on the site. so im sure you can do it with a bit less than 155

150.7 one amp at .5 same score with 2 amps at 2 ohms the way i do the hair trick.

There is no SET qualifications or characteristics that will GUARANTEE a hair trick. It is completely vehicle and install dependent.

I did the hairtrick with my cutlass surpreme. Was doing a tad over 156 off the 190ac. It always is fun to get hot chicks in my car and do that. Shh dont tell my girl I said that. LOL!
