Q 15 cutout

Ok how big do I cut out the whole for a Q 15. This is prly a retarded question but I dont wanna screw it up. So is it just 15 inches? (self explanatory) Or do I need to cut it smaller or larger then 15 inches.

Smaller than 15". Check the site. I think It's 14.125 which is 14 1/8".

Allright good, thank god I didnt start cutting. I about did. Darkhunter, thanks for the offer but ill just measure it out also. Also one more question.............my sub is upfiring, the problem is that I did not mount the board tht houses the sub on top of the side walls. I mounted it inside the side walls. Will this have enough support?

I would maybe put some bracing in those corners. You may experience some flex or cracking with the weight of the sub though.

The sub will fit perfectly IN the box

Tells you on the site how much it weighs. I didnt use bracers for my 15 inch SSD and its about 25 pounds
