i just bought a 10inch pryamid hyper pro woofer from millionbuy the other day...came in yesterday....looks like a decent woofer for 20 bucks, i havent built a box yet, so i'll let you know how much power and how how well this thing wangs for a 20 dollar woofers....any one else on the forum have these? (i doubt it but i should ask) if so are they worth the 20 bucks?

There is a good reason why the vast majority of B&M retailers that sell Pyramid new happen to be pawn shops. Most people looking for subs elsewhere aren't going to be after a Pyramid product. They simply aren't the greatest sub in the world. It may well be worth the $20 you gave for it, though. If it plays and is musical at all it's likely worth $20.

Having said that I will admit to a buddy of mine having had a pair of Super Pro SVC 10s in separate sealed boxes in the back of a mid-90s single-cab Ranger driven with an old school RF Punch 150. For some super-generic subs I was impressed somewhat.

Like I said - if it plays and has any degree of musicality to it at all I reckon it was worth $20.

No, Sometimes I get the urge to try something wild. Right now I want to buy a set of the SPL, JWS series (JL Audio w6 Clones) and see what kind of intro system I can set up. By the way you can buy them for 45 dollars.

I've been told the Hyper Pros aren't able to take more than 100 real watts before the glue starts breaking down.
