Pyle Driver 6 channel amp

i was looking on ebay for some cheap used amplifiers and came across this one. it would be much easier to get one amp instead of two. it has six channels for an amazing price. which is exactly what i need however the name of the amp and the price of it throws me off a little and makes me wonder that its probabyl a piece...

anyone ever heard of pyle driver? what bad could it do to my system?

it saves me lots of money and supplies me with lots of power...

i need noise in my car. so far i have... a clarion dxz845mc deck, infinity 5000cs multicomponent speakers and infinity 9613i 6x9's and i have all the tools and supplies to build a sub enclosure, which i am calculating out right now and jsut figuring out how to do. the cheaper the better.... my car is nothing pretty. i just want loud noise... i have yet to buy some amp or amps that will give me 100rmsx4 and at least 250rms x2 , 2 12"s, and a new alternator with high output. the wiring is all done. and ready to go.

doesnt seem like you need a hi output alt if your only going to be pulling 900rms. give us how much you want to spend on your amps and we can get u set up

this is all for an 86 firefly. with an alternator that can barely power my deck. and does 55 amps max.

hmmm i wanto spend the least possible. under 500 bones canadian. i dont really care much if its used and what not. but yeah...

Let's be realistic about the pyle amp.

Is it accurately rated? I seriously doubt it.

Is it going to make jaws drop when you show it off? No.

Is it going to win you any trophies? No.

That being said, if you can get a good price on it you will have a perfectly good amp to run an entire system. Even if it's over-rated by 40% you're still looking at 60x4 and 250x1 which is plenty of power to make a 5 speaker set up sound really nice. Compared to a comparably sized pair of RF for example you're probably looking at more than $400 w/o the convenience of a single amp.

I would say if you can get the Pyle for $200 or less it's a pretty good deal.
