PXA-H701 auto eq?

I've read that the PXI-H990 does auto eq with the microphone, does the PXA-H701 do the same thing? I know the units are very similar but did a few searches and can't find an answer. I know I'd have to buy the RUX-C701 and the microphone that comes with it. I read the review in car audio magazine about the PXI-H990 and how it preformed the auto eq which i'd like to do. Having to do it with my iva w205 is going to have me tearing my hear out. I don't think i'm going to do the time correction only because if someone is sitting in a seat other then mine it won't be perfect for them, unless I put the microphone in the middle of the car but that is the default setting i'm guessing anyways. Ah well I know there are a ton of guys on here smarter then me, sorry for the wordy post hopefully I can find some answers.

The manual for the PXA-H701 -

.....has a section on "Automatic Adjustments" on page 6, so it looks like it does.

On further reading, the auto adjust does not seem to work with the EQ, it only works on the time correction (arrival times of the sound from the different speakers to the microphone's position.)

The EQ looks to be manual.

I didn't find anything about auto eq damit oh well. I hope I'm wrong

I was hoping it did too since I was looking into getting one.

I still will, I like playing with EQ's anyway.

Well once ya get the set up if ya got a dodge charger let me know your settings. I'm pretty new to this stuff as i'm sure you can tell. Only thing left to get is the deck was waiting for the iva w205 to come out. Now that it is out i need to go drop the 900 or so bucks and start the install thanx again.

No auto EQ with the h701. You'll have to pay the $1000+ for the h990 to get that fancy stuff.

I dont like how the Auto set-up stuff works anyways. Never sounds right to me. Get an RTA if you want to set-up either of those EQ's. That way you can fine tune the sound perfectly to your liking.

I read a review on the H990 or whatever it is...the F#1 processor. anyway, the reviewer said it's the most impressive piece of equipment ever. It also adjusts for road noise as your driving. Crazy stuff.
