PWE-S8

Hi, new to the forums.

I have a Pioneer AVIC7200NEX with an Alpine 4 channel amp driving the front and rear speakers.I just bought an Alpine PWE-S8 to round out the system. The Alpine instructions say to hook this up to the front speakers. The head unit has two RCA outs (red and white) for a sub woofer. Should I be hooking up to the sub woofer out or tee into the line level front speaker between my head unit and amp?

If it helps, the crossover in the stereo for the subs go up to 200+hz and the sub crossover goes to 150hz.
