Putting Together some Components...need opinions

Honestly, I would say no to all of those, only because there are some other options which I feel are of better value.

Are you planning on using a 6.5/full range combo as a 2-way setup? Or are you planning on using the tweets from the CDT's as well to put together a 3-way stage?

 
Here's a few suggestions going off of the price range of the speakers you chose.

Midbass (~$50 per speaker)

Peerless SLS 6.5 - Solid midbass performance up into the 300-400hz range.

Dayton RS180

Fullrange/mids (~$25 per speaker)

Fountek FR88EX

Dayton RS100

Tang Band W3-1364sa

You might want to pick up an electronic crossover instead of passive - it'll most likely be cheaper in the long run, especially if you want to try out different drivers. Something like this would be worth considering if you have no desire to use a processor.
