hmm i c, thx for the info //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

reason i asked was because i was really looking forward to getting a 9831, but i guess things never went my way //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsdown.gif.d22f25895e9b40f2300c953691dacfa2.gif

It is not a bad deck at all, just a pain in the butt to setup....

Here is a good example...

Try to use windows via a cheapy calculator screen //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

if you can't afford the 9835 then there is the option of the 9833, which is a step below the 9835

but **** that display is too nice, wished i saved up a little more and went for the 9835 instead of buying the 9833 for 317 back in may

we all have regrets but we all still have to appreciate what we have //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

i had my regrets buying the 3434 when the model above it has way more options and was like 50 bucks more or something lol

Yeah my bud has the 33, good deck, just a pain to navigate through. I paid $390 shipped for this one new off ebay. But I am sure in about 2 months somthing better will come along that I will wish I had waitied for, always does //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Welcom to the club, the 9835 in az club. I love mine and it is so powerfull and all with the Ultamate variable crossover with tigital time alignment. Sweet huh.

yo quick question....I currently have a 9831 and I love it. However, I would like to get a new deck because I am going to give this unit to my wife. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Anyway, does the 9835 have a limit of characters for MP3 discs? My old Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X859 deck didn't and it scrolled the entire song. The 9831 auto scrolls, too. However, it cuts some characters out and that's annoying IMO.

Thanks.

I have not really checked that out to much but because it is a full graphical display I imagine it will scroll all the text. The viewable area is tons larger than the 31 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif I will toss in a mp3 disk in the morning and see what she does "will pay attention this time haha"

Got to test mp3's on fuji, phillips and crappy gq cd's today, ALL WORKED FLAWLESS AND CHANGED TRACKS FAST! I have not the slightest clue why in the world people are problems with the tracks changing slow.

Also the display works awsome, scrolls mp3's from right to left giving all info, and if you hit the title button you can get all sorts of info like bit rate ect... VERY COOL! Also as I imagined with the graphical screen you can see the whole song title, or album or whatever ya want. Not just a tiny portion of it. If you choose to show all the info and have it scrool it will show the artist name, and about 1/2 of the track title. I am SOOO happy with it and the graphical interface to go though folders of mp3's is second to none. Very easy to read and select! However scroll speed is a little more laggy that I like....

I love mine, it's wonderful. And on the mp3 load times...when i mentioned the problem...I was complaining about times for the disc to load. (NOT times in between tracks...which there really isn't any). peace
