I just got some Jalepeno/Cheese Link Sausage made out of my last deer. Expensive at $3.50/lb but it was **** good.

I have no where to bow hunt around me and I'm so mad. Then again, the university wouldn't be too happy if I kept all that gear in my dorm room.

I guess I'll just have to wait until open firearms season to get back home and start hunting this year. Only 2 more painful weeks of not hunting...

Also, the rut starts earlier up North...Bucks start moving during the daylight hours more, since they are getting more frisky. Our rut peaks here the week before Christmas..Still a month and a half away before the big boys start moving.
