Purchasing aftermarket speakers and keeping stock question.

Quite simple, If I wanted to purchase after market speakers but keep my OEM Infinity speakers n JBL amp. What would the negative effects of building enclosures for the new speakers and keeping my OEM ones in the factory locations?

it would depend on the placement of the new speakers and how they are powered .could have cancellation issues

Hmm suggestions? I want to leave the OEM stuff for when I get rid of the car. I was thinking of putting the after market in an mdf surround made for the kick panel. 03 Tiburon gt.

yeah thats a tought to that passed in my mind. But then I will have to save the om ons for a year or 2 idk. thanks

Nobody puts the factory speakers back in, but if you really think you'll do that then put them in a box in the closet.
