Punchy subs

What are some of the subs you've had that are very "punchy?"I've come across that L7"s when sealed are very punchy. My pair of IDQ's ported was surprisingly punchy. My Diamond D6 15" was also very punchy for a 15".
That is much less a function of the speaker chosen, and much more a function of the enclosure size/type/alignment used.

L7's in smallest recomended sealed box with 8-900 watts per 10" this was a function of the enclosure. as stated above me.

Peopel talk about the HDc3 having great impact and punch. im sure its the 2k plus most are runnign and the 40hz tune a product of the enclosure again.

punchiness from 15s is very difficult to achieve

as stated above, smaller than recommended enclosures and parameters should be viewed.

my old AA 15" Atlas was pretty punchy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Boston G5 12" are everything //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif since they are a quality driver. Whatever signal gets to them they play it and do it perfectly accurate //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
