Punch 800a2 stable on 1 ohm?

I think my whole setup is wired at like 8ohms, but thats how i bought em- is my punch 800a2 stable at 1ohm?

someone confirm me.

2 12" punch hx2's DVC, how should i have em..?

like that correct?

it will do a bridged 4 ohm and you can do that with your woofers.

Is it one of the older Rockfords? If so, im def going to say no its not. Im almost positive its 4 ohm stable mono, or 2 ohm stable stereo. Ive run a couple at 2 ohm mono but they tend to get fairly warm.

If you got (2) DVC 4 ohm subs, why not wire them like this,

Thats true, but that diagram I posted is you best bet. Try to wire that amp to 1ohm bridged is going to cook it in a hurry. My cousin had (2) running (6) Rockford HE 15s at 2.666 ohms each and they still got pretty hot after a while.

those older rockford amps were only 4 ohm mono stable.you'll at least get 400 watts per sub.that should work for alittle while.

4ohm mono stable would be like the above diagram into the first positive and the last negative on the amp- correct? I'm super bad at explaining. Hence the pictures.
