Some reason I can't get into the single player games. If they made fallout 3 online that would have been awesome.

for me ps3 is all new i have not played it yet lol like mayb 2 min in a bestbuy like a year ago or some sh it. so i went in to game stop and they have a deal buy 2 used games get one free. so i did that and im gona go back tomrrow and get more. im just unsure about the halflife and resistance2 at this time

You got online? If you do get warhawk. It's cheap, and there is a ton of stuff to do... It is only an online game though, no single player.

I have the orangebox for 360.. Its a few older games but there all very good fps games.. portal and HL2 are the best imo.. And yea DS is probably the only game that has ever made me a little jumpy.. Everything is quiet then boom you turn around and your getting mauled, But the sound plays a big role in that..
Try Killzone 2 yet?

i dont play much video games. only cod4 on my computer when i was a kid i loved playin games on my computer. i had a wii that i sold it was meh, a few years back i had a 360 for like 3 days it was not for me

do i have online well im online right now. i have a few computers so i guess i can go online. so whats up with the internet with ps3. i can have it work off a wifi or from my modem. i just wire it from my modem to the ps3 and im good to go?

Yeah dude. I just run wifi because my modem is in the basement. I NEVER have problems with my wifi connection. I think wifi must have gotten a lot better in that past few years. You ping will be a little slower, but I do alright still.

i dont game alot either, but i got into some fps games.. cod, battlefield, dead space.. Fallout 3 is ok, but its better on 360.. ps3 has alot of freezing issues.. Another thing i love about 360 is that 99% of their games are 1080p.. 90% of ps3 games are 720p.. ALL that technology for blu ray etc and they cant even make 1080p games?? Thats what pissed me off when I bought uncharted 2 , It would have looked a ton better in 1080p but no, 720..

There is a difference to. On my samsung 52a750 we did a freeze frame on cod mod2 between 360 and ps3 and the 360 is much smoother and better looking..

for me i have a 720 hd 42 in my room so i could go get another tv but im happy with what i have so that issue is not a issue for me lol

some one that lives near me there wifi connection is around 98% so thats not bad. should i just have the ps3 connect threw that connection ? alot of questions and alot of good advice from u guys. i have to say i signed up to a few ps3 call of duty fourms and there slow to get back to you. this place is by far better.lol

yea i was gonna say try killzone 2, graphics are awesome on it, dont know how many people play it online still

go on your PS3 and make a PSN account, thats what you will play online under, allows you to get in the store also to get demos and what not

get netflix and get blurays and an instant streaming disc, awesome for a quick movie or tv season

PS3 also has a web browser so you can youtube and other stuff, a little sluggish but its nice to have

i have my ps3 connect to my comp network where i can listen to music and grab movies off my main computer and watch them

just a few stuff

an fyi, if you put music or movies on a usb drive to watch on there, you have to put them under folders "movies" "music" "photos" etc or it wont see them, those might not be exact, just search for the words, took me a while to realize that, i just kept assuming it couldnt play divx files etc

i doubt i will ever watch a movie,go online threw the ps3 i just wana play a game here and there after work. guess what im still waitin to start this stinkin new job. i went for the piss test sat and they never got back to me. i talked to the store manger(i know him) and he said dont worry joe(me) we will get back to you. i got a call a few min ago from pathmark to come in for a interview. i did not answer cuz i was takin a sh it. i will call them back. hmmm spending all this money and no job the american way
