After 13 years of joy, frustration, and noticeable hearing loss... ..I am finally downsizing my pride and joy. Priorities are changing with age and it time to part with some of my fav pieces of equipment. Some equipment like my rare PPI stuff will go into storage, others like this and the sub are going up for grabs.

Item(s) for Sale:

This is a prototype amp I purchased off Pro-Rabbit approx a year ago here on CA.

Similar board as the AB 150.1, but one of a kind amp. I recall him saying on a load test this did 3kw @ 1ohm. Judging by how it ran at 1ohm, I'm positive it will handle .5ohm with a good electrical.

Personal experience: I pounded the **** out of this amp at 1 ohm and I have never gotten more than warm.....

-even in the Florida summer with no AC.

-even after LONG periods of playing (was delivering pizzas full time while I was between jobs)

-even with less than ideal breathing room due to limited space (see pic)

I have no doubt this will run closer to it's limit at .5ohm, but for 1ohm daily it is a tank and a half.

The amp was ran off a 240 amp alty with 2 batts in the trunk (no front batt). Each batt is rated 800ca and 100amp hours. 1/0 all around. Same electrical, this sounded to the ear as clean and possible louder than my US Amps Ax3200de that was installed just prior to this. Other comparisons listed below. On the nights I let my batts charge overnight I could hear a noticeable increase in output to the ear. If you have a halfway decent electrical, this thing will pound all day. If you have a considerably nice electrical, it will unleash the fury. I only recommend having a considerably nice electrical if you go .5ohm.

I have ran kicker kx2500.1, pa a3000db, saz-3000d, mojo 4kw, us amps ax3200de, maxxi hifonics xx-cyclops (4kw), audiopipe 3kw, and jbl/crown 2400......This prototype is the best out of the bunch. Only exception is the xx-cyclops was louder to the ear, however the cyclops blew several times (way power hungry). This proto is by far the most reliable amp I've used and is a beast daily 1ohm beater. Truly a pleasure.

Item(s) Description/Condition:

Few scratches, not terrible. Probably buying it for what's inside, not outside. No bent or broken terminals, no functionality issues. This amp runs like a champion all day long.

Price:

$400 shipped FIRM, no trades. Will include 2 short runs of 1/0, one with a voodoo 250amp fuse/block with the deal. Runs are like 2-3ft ish with ring terminals crimped on.

Item Pictures:

Pics and vids. I shot this video tonight as all is currently installed and pounded the hell out of my poor little cobalt:
