if it does 3k its good if it does 3.4k its still good, that little bit of power wont make much difference either way.. Buy it as a 3k amp.

could seriously be one of 10-15 different amps, that will all do similar power

We tested it to do just over 3k @ 1.1 with 13.7 volts. I am lookong for more notes so I can check out the effecincy butbit has been a whilensince we tested this one.

As for the origin if the amp, sorry but that will have to stay unknown.

I figured at this price it should move pretty quick, just slowly clearing out some older items which we no longer have or need to hold on to.
