mixing with milk wouldnt increase the speed, if any, slow it down. taking it with water is best as it isnt dense or thick as milk.

i take in whey protein post workout as its fact acting protein. i take ON 100% whey and live by it.
rumors has it that taking in anything over 50g protein in 1 serving is useless as the body can only take in so much at a time.
and your friend IS full of it. 120lb of protein wouldnt be enough for those 270lb monsters that powerlift and workout intensely.

-it has plently of protein, but at the same time, i can bet majoroty of those calories are from fat. then theirs the useless carbs and cals.
try to get your calories @ 40% protein/30% fat/30% carb.
