Hey guys, I was just wondering what everybodys thoughts were on protein intake for weight training. Ive been researching it as of late, and 2g/1lb bodyweight seems to be ideal for gaining mass. A friend of mine, who is much larger than me, says that there is no way the body can use more than around 120g of protein a day........I think he is full of it.
