protein enhancement???

no side effects. I wouldnt take anything that I didnt feel comfortable with. Animal paks and glutamine are really good. The physio behind glutamine is that when you work out you are breaking down (muscle) AAs. So if you take glutamine b4 you work out and after it will spare the glutamine that is already in your muscle. Of course, do what YOU feel gets you big, creatine didnt do crap for me. Superdrol worked like CRAZY (14 lbs in 2 weeks). No Im not kidding. Its banned now. I took it when it was legal.

no, just when youre used to it it becomes part of your routine of daily living. Get your stuff off ebay, gnc, etc mark up stuff about double alot of the time s from what you can get it for on the ebay.

 
You just need to adjust your calorie intake. Take in more carbs and more good fats. Try something like 40/40/20. Protein/Carbs/Fat. No need to waste your money on weight gainers. Protein shakes are fine, don't buy the premade ones or the protein bars. Too much sugar. Figure out your current weight and the # of calories you need to take to maintain that weight, and add about 1000 cal/day. Just make sure you aren't eating junk.
