protein enhancement???

i use ON chocalate whey protein and usually drink it for breakfast with my food and plan on taking bsn cellmass (creatine) after workouts
also grilled chicken ftmfw, and a can of hormel chili is like 32g of protein, stock up on chili and chicken

yeah its pretty good but i got chocalate incase im out of reg milk i can mix with with choc milk, but it doesnt mix as good

I been takin creatine for the last 2 months and yes i'm a hardgainer but have packed on 15 pounds of mostly muscle with the chocolate protein shakes aand a 3000 calorie diet since then, then the creatine finally kicked in and i started gettin bigger, no side effects from creatine at all, just if ya take it make sure you drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

 
Ive been working out for 10 years, and BY FAR the best tasting protein out is Muscle Milk chocolate mint...tates like girls scout cookies thin mints...I would drink them even if i was not working out. Yes, they are that good.

 
the chocolate protein shakes are how i get most of my calories for the day lol so it's pretty easy to hit 3000, then have a nice meal a few hours later, like a roast beef sandwich and a glass of milk usually.

 
One of the most under-rated sups you should be on is glutamine and Animal Paks. Glutamine is the #1 or #2 amino acids in muscle. I used to think Animal Paks were crap then I tried them and also is the best "workout vitamin".

 
Protein won't give you that big of an effect. They overcharge kids so bad for that. If you really want to get noticably bigger you're going to have to take suppliments. I think someone mentioned animal pack which isnt that bad. I take one thing and one thing only. Its called somatomax. Its a powder you mix into a drink that increases your growth hormone. You get steroid results without the sideffects. Pricy but well worth it. Lift big or go home.
