protection light wont go off

i hooked up one of my autotek 900.2 stealth amps

the other day and went to the store like 5 min away

and on the way back it shut off and the protection light came on\

i cant get it off i have unhooked it and hooked it back up

like 3 times

took the cover off and couldnt find anything blown in there

i had two hooked up and the other ones still working

anybody have any suggestions

i have 4awg power and ground out of a 5 farad cap

hmm check you wireing mabe..one time it happend to me the the wire slipped off the speaker post and was grounding it self out and caused it to go into protect mode.

no my speaker wires are connected tightly

i unhooked all my wires and hooked them back up protection light is still on

i took it out lastnight and im ganna hook it back up today hopefully that will work

check your fuses..right fuse ratings for everything
