protection light keeps turning on and off

hey guys i'm having a little trouble with my amp and the problem is that when i turn the stereo on,( the amp protection light keeps turning on and off), and there is no sound output at all from the amp, also the lights on the car dim when the amplifier is doing that, now do you think that it could be one of the wires

4 ch bridged into 2 900 watt amp not sure on the brand

maybe it sees too low of an impedance. or the amp is just jacked. i had one do that right out of the box once. havent had ppi since.

it could be perhaps a bad ground wire... mine did something like that and that was my problem. the gr1ound wire was not attached correctly

my Directed 1100D did that. Problem was it was fried. It would power up but would make all the lights in my car flicker and wouldnt power the woofers.

ok ill check the wiring today to see if it is a bad ground wich i doubt

man i just tried everything to fix the problem but it turns out it was the amp, do you think that i should get it fixed or should i just buy a new one, by the way are the audiobahn amps any good or are they just like their subs????

For the price look elsewhere. What power range did you want?
