hello.

my protect light on my amp will turn on and off with the bass.is this something bad or what? i have 2 mtx 9500 running from it they are wired they are presenting a 4 ohm load. dont know if that helps any.

also (so i dont post another thread.) my lights will dim with the bass will a capacitor fix this problem?

gains are probly turned up too high for the amp, causing protection

and no on the cap

get an alt

before you get a new alt, which costs lots of money, upgrade your big 3 for like 20 dollars and a few hours of your time. if you havent done this already its a big help for electrical systems. there is a thread on it stickied in the wiring, electrical and installation help area.
