Proposed Upgrade on my current setup

Am thinking of upgrading to this

Adding another amp : Focal FP2.75

Adding component speakers BOston Accoustics S60 in the rear.keeping two alpine speakers in the front and taking out the remaining two alpine speakers

Dynamat in all four doors

head unit: Pioneer DEH 8450BT OR 9450SD

Aurix titanium battery extra in the back

I am trying to erase the harshness of the treble with this setup. What do you think will it be successful ?
