I got a 94 accord with factory component door speakers- the one VC is siezed and I was wondering if I could use a 2 way 6.5 in it's place and still sound alright?

The size is what you would want to be more concerned with. If there is a 6.5" midbass in their right now, you can put a 6.5" 2 way in it's place.
