I just did half of my 06 impala. the other half is to come I prob have as much deadener in my trunk as you have in the whole car. LOL

my box is 36 x 30 x 15" high

it will be.

since there isnt enough surface area on the face to do what i wanted to do, its going to be ported out the side...kinda like my old box with the single 15 was....but tune almost 10 HZ higher...

4.25 cubes @ 33.83 HZ after all displacements..... is what we are working with.....and this thing should SLAM.

images and cutsheet coming very soon...still putting it all together...

after about 5 different revisons.

I'm going to pick up some cheap *** partical bord 3/4 p and put together the mock up. If the POS wood fits, then the good box should too

my main concern is the sub fittiment itself

i had to shrink the port width by an inch so the motor didnt hit the port wall.

if you wanted to 45 the corners you can do that, just make sure they arent too large as you really dont want this one to go under 4 cubes.
