You're not going to add much to the motor strength by stacking the magnets. Seems like a waste of a perfectly good XXX motor to me......

NO ONE is telling you it cant be done. we are trying to tell you it is a dumb idea. Also, do you have a way to demagnetize and remagnetize the slugs? if not, instafail. Sketchup is an extremely poor substitute for a good 3d speaker modeling program, and at that all you have done so far is DRAW. steel and ferrite is vastly different than dtawing.

I plan on sending the slugs for demagnetize and re-magnetize magnets with a DC current.

If you double stack the mags you can't use the stock t yoke the pole piece won't be long enough. You gonna have to make a new t yoke.
