Oh, that way will work, the other way just provides less flexing ability. If I wall mine off I think Im going to frame my car with 2x4s and then layer the inside with MDF sheets.

if you can mount them, its probably the easiest way.

yeah i knew thats what you were getting at, but it wouldnt have been possible. It was really wide as it stands now.
