You said you sanded and coated already, but you can see by looking in the port that it isnt smooth at all, only takes a couple hours and a can of body filler to get it smooth as hell, no pores or bumps
I really dont udnerstand the "box" with no real "port" but aparently thats tuned? Just curious

Watch my box after 3-4 weeks, she will fart louder on 25hz than your fancy one on 41 lol

I suggest you to read about SPL builds so, my port is tuned to 68hz for the reason //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif Just to get the number first, and then there will be removable port tuned to 27 or 30hz, will think about that for a week ...

You have your reasons i have mine, my build is shit, yours is much better, i learn and upgrade my system, yours is done ...

In UK they created a new bass league called Propper Droppers

Make some tests with your car:

Playing the following set tones. 40Hz - 33Hz -25Hz - 20Hz. - This shows you how well your system performs at playing low bass.

 

Your position in the SPL leagues is worked out as follows:

Example:

Peak = 152.7dB @ 33Hz or whatever frequency u like !

40Hz = 150.4dB

33Hz = 152.7dB

25Hz = 151.6dB

20Hz = 150.7dB

 

All these scores are added together & then divided by "five" - Five being the number of different scores that have been achieved.

By doing this we get the TOTAL AVERAGE score achieved during the SPL testing session. Which in this case would be 151.6dB

It's not that he does not have a port length. The port is the length of the thickness of the wall. Looks like about 3" or so in this application, which is why it's tuned so high, stricktly for SPL.
