To try to answer as many questions as i can in one go...
Im not going to drop it just cause i live in NE and the winters here kind of ****. Id be snow plowing as that thing is pretty low as is.
I have the factory speakers still in the doors because i wanted to be able to resell the car without having to do much to remove the system. Plus now while im troubleshooting, i still have a way to listen to music. And as far as deadending goes, after i applied the mat, i peeled it back a little, found the hole, and stabbed it with my screwdriver. I did that after every coat. I missed a couple of holes on one side, so i had to sit there and stab away for a while...haha. Also, if you put the door skin on while the deadening is covering em, the clips will leave indents where the holes should be...so its still relatively easy to find em
As far as the rainbows performing better IB...FSCK! Where did you find that out? I guess i could stick em in my doors...
What set of mids(/crossovers) could take 230w @ 2 ohms and perform well in .2cuft sealed?
