Jon, after we got off the phone, I talked to Shawn Fleming... he said he'd do the crimping for me if I wired them up... so on Thursday when I'm up there remind me to ask you how you think we should arrange the batteries.

It might be easier to bring the batteries back and play around with size/placement ourselves to be honest... I'll take the drive to Shawn's though, since we really should be tuning it before the meet.

How is it impractical?

I don't normally drive more than one passenger, and I love music

How is it impractical? You don't need 2 18 inch subwoofers in a wall to enjoy music....in fact, it's far from an SQ install obviously. (Not that it won't sound good) When I get in my car I prefer to enjoy it's handling characteristics and be able to drive it how it was meant to be. I have had a wall in a vehicle, and the weight of it just makes the car no fun at all. It will also tear through axles if your car is FWD. I'd rather have 1 15 slamming in the trunk and be able to enjoy my car's limits than suffer the performance depreciation and hundreds of added lbs a system adds.

I was just having fun... I know it's not practical...

But I get thrills going to these non-sanctioned competitions... cannot wait to compete in Bass Race.

I plan on redoing the suspension (air bags) in the near future..going to save up to redo the interior and all first.

It's good to see you keep your car up to support your system...that is something that not enough audio enthusiasts do.
