This one was Designed by the Guys @ Team Toxic Bass, and i really like the idea of the 45 degree angle corners.

The specs......

Volume.........2.2 cubes after all displacement

Tuning...........34.5 HZ

Port area.......56 Square Inches

and so on, and so forth

Corners are nice and rounded, as well as the port. but as they say

You know...Its how they all start....a Simple sheet of 49x97

cut into tiny little pieces..

and then assembled, quite nicely

heres a shot, of the beginning of the 45 degree angles

and instead of screwing them in, and increasing turbulence in the port, i used glue, and clamps..

here is the second 90 degree turn, of the port.

you've got clean lines, be patient and those screws wouldn't be necessary.

Tried resizing, and that failed....but on with more pics!!
