Progressing Whine

I found a thread that answered my question, but i cant find it again! basically my whineing noise is getting loouder everyday. havent changed anything. Noise only occurs when car is full on.. not when its on acc. noise gets louder with the rpms.. whats the problem?

bad amp ground, bad HU ground, power wire and signal wires ran together, bad rca ground (mostly pioneers hu's)

One of those.

I bet 10 bucks its that power acoustik amp, unplug the rca's to it and see what happens
