programing remote HELP!!!

i have a rs3.5 from clifford and a few months ago the wife killed the remote that came with it accidentaly i just got a replacement remote and i managed to get it to work with the alarm meanig it will lock and unlock but not in the origanal configiration now it arms/unarms via the unlock button only and the remote starter doesnt work either so i need help in setting my remote up properlylock via lock button unlock /unlock button and how do i reprogram the remotestart on this remote and help would be apreciated
