Since NG rudely insulted my being and says the AP2000 is a POS from an earlier

thread that i was considering...

your a fuking ******* if you buy that amp you piece of shit

over a million sperm and your the fastest swimmer?? die you fuk
^^ not 100%, but i believe it was something like that

Profile Clarus 1200

Would this amp be better than the AP2000? Also, what would this 'push' rms? I

can't find any specs on it

Try to get the link working... Anyway i have a CL300. It is a good amp but has a major downfall. It gets hot very quickly. The amp has no fan or cooling. That is the only thing wrong with it. Very good amps for the money, but if it gets hot, it doesnt matter. I guess you could give it a try and see if that one wont get as hot, but i see no reason why it wouldnt.

Profile CL1200 specs

The AP2000 is actually rated a bit higher than the Clarus. Were it me I'd stick with it. Can't say for certain why NG would bash the Profiles as I'm sure you've seen for yourself by now, Decipha, Profiles come highly recommended constantly on this forum by many a member. They're reliable and cheap. Yes, they're cheap but it's one of those rare product lines that you'll actually get more than what you pay for. Tough to beat for entry-level gear.

prowler... you my dawg niigga... ruff ruff

as for NG... fuk ya n ya *** ya hurd me

I think im going to go with the AP2000, i've heard nothing but good things about it. The

Clarus line just has a bad heatsink issue that i don't want to try to fix, not only that it gets

hot down here in the NO, a few days ago we had temperatures over 100, i'd just imagine

how hot it would be in my trunk. As for the profile recommendations, i'm aware they are

recommended alot on here being i recommend them all the time for cheap power. I think

i'm going to get an AP2000 and a S15L7 DVC 2 ohm. It should slam pretty good in a 30 hz

tuned box as big as recommended. I'll most porbably be happy for a few days then sell it

to a friend who thinks it's worth more than i paid for it. So thanks prowler and Andy, as for NG,

fuk you, im not a waste of human space. I'm also a very good swimmer i'll have you know

Traksta, I used to have the CA600M mono amp (probably the exact same chassis as your dad's 2ch) Bought it from eBay for $85/shipped. Used it for a year then sold it on eBay for $85/shipped to a girl in California. Last time I heard from her she had it driving a pair of Kicker Comp 12s in a sealed box and was thanking me again for such a reliable amp for so cheap.
