Professional Advice Needed????

I have a 1994 Honda Accord LX model 2-door and I bought some Infinity Kappa 693.5i model 6"x9" speakers for my rears, but I just found out that they only fit 6 1/2's. I was told that the 1994 Honda Accord EX model 2-doors have a 6"x9" speaker fitment in the rear. My question is.... does anyone out there know if the EX model brackets for the rear which holds 6"x9" speakers fit on the rear section of the LX model 1994 Accords if I take of the stock rear bracket out which holds 6 1/2" speakers. though to say but it seems like a local honda dealer or a trusted audio store near you could tell ya..and if not, get the measurements of the new brakets and see if they will fit yourself...you may have to do a little cumtomising, which is always fun..

Thanks for the help. Customizing would take longer then I would want it too. i wanna hook them up as soon as possible, but I guess I gotta wait a little longer then I thought. Plus it would cost me more then I would have expected for these things to work correctly. I just can't wait to hook these up.
