Proerly Hooked Up Tweeters

Sorry. I'm kind of a newbie at this.I have a box that has subs & tweeters built in it.

I see what you aare saying thoguh now,the tweeters should be connected to the through amp ?
oh you have one of THOSE boxes. ummm without going too in depth about how those boxes **** for your sound stage, yea just hook it up to the box lol.

but in general, tweeters should be placed up by the front seats in front of you. if you choose to do that hook them up to the amp

just stop now please
Sorry if I sound a bit confusing.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

What I am saying is that I have 2 woofers in a box, that also has small tweeters attached to the box.

They are sounding pretty bad now.

So I bought two separate tweeters tonight & I would like to replace the tweeters that came with the box.

My question is,should I just replace the tweeters in the box or can they be disconneted & the new tweeters be connected direct to a separate line to the amp ?

i wouldn't even hook them up if the in the subs box probably won't here them. you can get a set of tweeters and put them up front do you ride in the back?? and if possible if you have a crossover wire the tweeter to the hpf on it.

AND LEARN HOW TO SPELL PROPERLY
