i believe the 8053 doesn't have digi out but i know you can do something to actually do it. and no the 9855 doesn't have digi out as well. if you are a die hard alpine fan, go get the w200 or 310 to fully control the h701. or as stated earlier get the 9860 or 9861 to control the h701/h700.

are those you're only considerations you listed? don't forget the rockford 3sixty.2 and the highly popular and cheap ppi dcx-730 (was $165 shipped at ike but sold out w/ a quickness, maybe they'll get some more. it's $500 at cardomain.).

ike does have them again, but i am looking for something with a 31 band EQ.

further elaborate please... I no they are a russian company (IIRC), but i do not know much about them..

the ural hu is 4 way capable but it has its limitiations in crossover points. i believe if you 4 way, the ural hu will have a fixed sub xover pt of like 63hz or something. or so i've read.....

oh yea thats right but it gotta get the converter and have that guy on eca do the 12v dc for you.

also not too many hu has digital output. the alpine 7996,7696,7949, clarion drz9255, and denon dct-1 (like i can afford it) come to mind. p9, 9860,9861,w200 and 310 as well.
