probelms after large upgrade

ok where to start. i just got done installing a second battery new power wiring and a new amp. i upped my wiring to all 1/0 gauge except for the new batterys ground which is 0. the battery is a deep cycle with 850 CCA. i put all this in because i just got a new amp. it is a audiobahn A2200HCT it pushes my 2 lanzars 12s at 1600 watts rms at 1 ohm 3200 watt max. it was a very painstaking upgrade because i ran into a bunch of little stuff (got it done in 12 hours). and after this greuling experience i started it all up for the first time and i have horrible engine noise coming through my 6x9s. i suspect a bad ground on the amp but im taking a break right now. i did all the wiring up right with nice ends i thought i did a quality job but i did something wrong. i have also never wroked with 2 batterys before this so do i ground my amps to the battery or the frame or does it matter? i also have a 5 farad cap between my second battery and my amps. see below for my headunit and etc.

u need to get a new setup..prolly the best piece of equipment u have is the head unit..toss that audiobahn shit amp and shittty lanzer woofers and the cap..

you don't need the cap and I would advise not to do a DB test with that crap you have installed.

its loud enough for me and the lanzars subs have made me a loyal follower i have had them for 3 years now and they have been great so far. i cant say much for the amp yet but whats in there does not matter i have an issue if you could plz help me out i would appreciate it alot

check your grounds. it doesnt matter the brand of equipment you have as they all dont make bad noise...they just do if the rca's or grounds are bad. worst care is maybe really bad spark plugs or a cold joint on the rca input.

ok i found the problem. the rcas were a little to close to what i am going to guess is the wiring harness for my fuel pump. just moved them away and its all good now
