Long story short...

Dated a chick for awhile, she moved in with me, we split up, I kicked her out. All of this happened a year ago. The thing is though she left her junk *** car in my yard and I guess she has no interest in getting it. I've asked her a hundred times but she has not responded or come to get the car. It doesnt run, basically its a pile of scrap. So can I get rid of this car since its been in my yard for a year? Does anyone know the law on this. I'm tired of looking at it and you like to haul it to the junkyard.

i think once its in your possession for a certain amount of times.. like here in cali if you find a wallet and tell the police and you put signsup saying i have a wallet come get it and hwat not.. if no one takes it in 2 weeks or so it becomes yours

I dont wanna call the cops, never really cared much for them. i plan on scrappping it for the cash, i just dont want the po po knocking on my door a week later, if ya know what i mean.
