All you have to do is call the tow company nearest you. They will tow it to their tow yard and bill the owner. It will solve the problem. There is nothing she can do to you, and she will have to pay to either store it at their yard or get it out. It's really your only option. She can prove ownership so if you try to scrap it you're going to trade those 200 for thousands in legal fees and fines. Do the smart thing. The cops can't do anything because it's a civil issue and not criminal right now. Call the tow company.

i'd leave her a message advising she has 48 hours to remove it or she can pick it up from the towing company. here in tulsa, you can call tha mayors action line and they'll have someone come out and flag it, if its not removed in 48 hrs it gets removed via tow truck
