They will tow it to their tow yard and bill the owner. It will solve the problem. There is nothing she can do to you, and she will have to pay to either store it at their yard or get it out. It's really your only option. She can prove ownership so if you try to scrap it you're going to trade those 200 for thousands in legal fees and fines. Do the smart thing. The cops can't do anything because it's a civil issue and not criminal right now. Call the tow company.</p></blockquote><p></p>
